Secluded Haven is a beautiful 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with oak floors on a wooded secluded dead end road right on the border of the city of South Haven. It's not far to South Haven's sugar sand "South Beach" , and everything there is to do in the city of South Haven mentioned on our Home Page. We have a gas fireplace in the living room, a Hot Tub outside in the back yard, a spacious wooded back yard with a private pool ready for grilling & bonfires. You have nice wooded seclusion, and easy access to every thing in town. The rec room has a ping pong table, air hockey, and several windows all the way around.. This home is $1400/week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day , off season rate is $1100/week, and $225/day (2 day minimum), holidays may be more. Kitchen table opens and has leaves to accomodate 8 chairs, and penninsula has 4 bar stools

Furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, dishes, blender, silverware, cookware, dish towels and cloths, coffee maker, cappacino maker, toaster, crock pot
Large charcoal grill
Bath and bed linens (please bring your own beach towels and extra towels and blankets)
Satelite TV with DVD player
Local phone service (please bring calling cards or cell phones for long distance calls)
Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room
Outdoor furniture

Necessities like dishwasher, dish, and laundry soaps, shampoo, and paper products
Fire pit for bonfires
50% downpayment secures dates
Rental balance , fully refundable security deposit $300 (may be higher for younger groups, and state taxes (6%), due 2 months prior to stay (if time allows)
Cancellations before pay in full date will receive all of their downpayment minus a $200 booking fee (or 20% of rental fee if daily rental), cancellations after that date will not get a refund (minus booking fee) unless the home is rebooked for those dates reserved
5:00 pm Saturday arrival/ 11:00 am Saturday departure for weekly rentals (no early arrivals please)
